Title: Turn off low battery power popup and notification?
Post by: Mursal on April 14, 2018, 07:50:20 AM
Hello! I am attempting to turn off the battery popup and notification that show every time my phone is below 20%.
When I go to notification settings > advanced > show system apps > System UI > low battery, it does not allow me to disable this notification. Does anyone have any insight into this?

I am using a Galaxy S9+ on Android 8.0.0

Here are the photos showing the popup, notification, and my system UI notification settings page: https://imgur.com/a/dDem4

Go into battery settings and there should be something about never turning on battery saver mode. Also as a general rule, never try to turn off notifications from the Android system

Hey man, Thanks for the response, but I can't seem to find what your talking about... Settings > Device Maintenance > Battery Is not giving me any options to turn off battery save mode...

Long press on the battery icon in your quick settings.

It should just be settings > battery, at least in stock Android.

You can do that by changing your Power Settings. You can read articles about Windows https://ursuperb.com/gpt-vs-mbr-which-one-is-the-best/
