The 2013 edition is just so much better than his big brother. Nexus 7 is the best tablet on the market. It's cheaper than Ipad or Samung's one but more powerful ! If you want to buy a table i would suggest Nexus 7

Thanks for the video, this only strengthens my believe in the Nexus 7.  Although I feel like the price difference between the two at the moment makes me want to go with the original. I don't have either so if i were to buy now, I'd choose the original. But I don't have a very detailed eye for HD vs non-HD and a back camera seems stupid on a tablet.
Also built in speakers are usually of mediocre quality.

I love the huge screen on the new nexus 7, it's like a having a mini computer that you can carry around in your purse. Nexus just keeps coming up with better and more advanced products.

I don't see the point to buy the old one. Nexus 7 is a very cheap tablet in the market. If you compare his price to Sony's or Apple's in terms of quality for the price it's pretty self-explanatory. So just invest a couple of bucks in the new one and you will never regret it. I said never !

As a former owner of an Ipad 2 and an iphone, it took 10 minutes with a Nexus 4 for me to make the decision to switch over to the Android ecosystem. I hated that I couldn't use my ipad's bluetooth to connect to anything other than my phone. I use bluetooth on the N4 and N7 literally everyday.

And the size! On our recent trip to Walt Disney World, it was so liberating that I could slip my N7 into my pocket as I climbed on a ride, without having to scramble to fit it into my backpack.

I am going to hold on to my Nexus 7, though I'll be interested to see what the specs of the Nexus 8 will look like.
