My Note 5 right now

My Note 5 right now when go streaming to the internet like YouTube or any videos, it is so slow. When i check the speed its results is always 3 kbps. What might be the problem?

All you should do first is check your data usage, it may be because of that. Then you can do a format coz antivirus can create such type of problem.
